A company corporate sailing day for your employees can really help pull a team together and it's a great day out with loads of laughter. Whether it is just a jolly for your team, a get-to-know-new-staff day, or a summer treat with a difference - taking your staff sailing can be a very rewarding day out - lots of fun, time to relax and get to know one another on a non-business footing - build relationships, find new common ground, get some exercise and fresh air! It is not always easy to justify a budget on a team 'jolly', but sailing a 38ft racer requires team effort and it needs everyone to communicate together in a fun and relaxed environment. Our sailing staff can set some easy sailing exercises if you wish or simply get everyone involved sailing the yacht. Our skipper will become quickly tuned to your requirements and get the crew working towards the right level of involvement on the yacht. A day sail will normally start from Swanwick Marina, Bursledon, on the South Coast and may take you over to the Isle of Wight for lunch ashore, or you can have lunch on board under sail. Either way, we'll tailor the package to give you the most fun, on the yacht that best suits your team size and objectives - with a great package for food and entertainment later, we can provide whatever size yacht that best suits your needs.

There is nothing like a healthy bit of competition between teams. Our identical fleet of racing yachts, can provide exciting company corporate match racing on the Solent for small or large numbers. Racing identical yachts against one another is the ultimate challenge for any team, as winning is down to teamwork and communication. Our company match racing days are great fun for hospitality events with a difference, or alternatively a focused, competitive day out for existing teams looking for a dynamic team building event. Depending on the weather we will normally try to run three races in a one day match racing programme including a stop for lunch, alternatively our most popular request, is to participate in a morning of race training, stop for lunch and run two races in the afternoon

Sailing produces a fantastic environment for many key business functions and using Industry Regattas as a vehicle, can provide results directly measurable back into the work place. Little Britain Challenge Cup Start putting together a competition not only for your company, but also your competitors can be a great way to; foster networking, build personal relations, entertain clients (high acceptance rate), take opportunities for branding and media exposure or a chance to raise money for good causes. Little Britain Challenge Cup for the construction industry, is an excellent example where the number of entries has grown to become the third largest regatta on the South Coast after Round the Island Race and Cowes week. With our strong project management skills and expertise in the racing field GFS yacht charter can charter a variety of high quality racing yachts as a one design fleet or with handicapped classes. We'll source a yacht and provide a race skipper to help with tuition or who will just manage the yacht.
